At the junction of the Cuyahoga River and beautiful Lake Erie resides this latest phase of redevelopment in Cleveland’s Flats East Bank. This expansion of restaurants along the river features rooftop patios, gabled roofs that give a “fishing village” look, and a pedestrian alleyway with seating that leads to the boardwalk. The design includes corrugated metal facades in complementary hues. This entertainment complex, one of the most exciting waterfronts in the state, will enhance the city’s efforts to drive more Clevelanders to live, work, and play downtown.
