With more than 30,000 members, FFCCU is one of the largest credit unions in Northeast Ohio. A rapidly growing membership caused the popular Emerald Parkway branch to outgrow its existing square footage. Expanding into a vacant tenant space next door allowed for a complete remodel of all customer touchpoint areas, consistent with the provided prototype. In a not-for-profit financial co-op where customers are members, a sense of belonging is achieved with an open, welcoming, feel and spacious, yet efficient design. Employees and members alike benefit from additional modern meeting space, bright, comfortable offices, and an expanded break room. The refreshed, enlarged credit union is fit for firefighters—and their community!
